If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account on 1eeee or to place any bet or wager. 1eeee strictly prohibits the use of the platform by persons under 18 years of age. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 1eeee reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied, with immediate forfeiture of any balance held.
2.2 Jurisdiction Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming and betting is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registering or depositing. 1eeee makes no representation that the platform is lawful in any particular location within Pakistan or elsewhere. Players in Restricted Territories are prohibited from registering. 1eeee reserves the right to restrict access to the platform from any territory at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) Account on 1eeee. The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you become aware that a duplicate account exists in your name, you must notify 1eeee support immediately.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, Pakistani CNIC details, current address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are obligated to update your registration details promptly if they change. 1eeee accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
2.5 KYC Verification. 1eeee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to provide identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any time 1eeee deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eeee login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1eeee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. You must notify 1eeee support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact us at [email protected].
3.3 Account Use. You may only use your 1eeee Account for your own personal entertainment. Accounts may not be used for commercial purposes, as a payment processing vehicle for third parties, or in connection with any systematic exploitation of errors, odds, or bonus offers.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1eeee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the Account Balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the Player's registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 1eeee accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability in your location. All deposit methods are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated at the time of deposit.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 1eeee is PKR 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your 1eeee Balance immediately upon wallet confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within one to three business hours subject to interbank processing times. 1eeee is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 1eeee targets a processing window of thirty to forty-five (30–45) minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification. 1eeee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Bonus Funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Real money deposits are subject to no wagering requirement prior to withdrawal. 1eeee reserves the right to void any winnings and cancel any withdrawal request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any funds received from unrecognised or third-party payment sources may be returned, with associated bets voided.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on 1eeee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. 1eeee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where system errors have generated obviously incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
5.2 Insufficient Funds. Bets may only be placed when the required stake amount is available in your 1eeee Account Balance. Bets placed in excess of available Balance will be declined automatically.
5.3 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds. Sports betting odds on 1eeee are displayed in decimal format and represent fixed odds at the time of bet placement unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted are the binding odds for settlement purposes.
5.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of winnings, 1eeee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Balances. No winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error will be honoured.
5.5 Game Rules. Individual game rules for casino games, slots, crash games, and table games are accessible within each game's information interface. By launching any game on 1eeee, you confirm acceptance of the game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 1eeee are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions as set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 One Promotion Per Household. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
6.4 Abuse. 1eeee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated bonus claiming, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1eeee reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, winnings derived therefrom, and pending withdrawals.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1eeee platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
All content on the 1eeee platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 1eeee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of 1eeee content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 1eeee's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 1eeee Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 1eeee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
1eeee is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within your Account settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion periods, once requested, cannot be reversed during the elected duration.

11.1 By 1eeee. 1eeee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is suspected breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided within required timeframes; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (d) required by applicable law, regulation, or court order; or (e) for any other reason 1eeee deems necessary in its sole discretion.
11.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your 1eeee Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, net of applicable bonus forfeiture, will be returned to your registered payment method.
1eeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, unless the amendment is required by applicable law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 1eeee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1eeee is incorporated. In the event of any dispute between you and 1eeee, you agree to first contact 1eeee support in writing to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
